Pre-project Consulting: How can we help?

Our objective when we have our first meeting is to listen and ask questions. We learn about your business, your challenges and about the desired outcome and details of your project. This helps understand if we are a good fit. If we think can help, then we will work to develop an initial proposal.
At this stage, the proposal serves as a description of the project, objectives, outcomes, project requirements and preliminary estimate. Time and budget are at the broadest range in this stage. As more details emerge and requirements are refined, the budget and timing can be tightened up as well.

Plan for results

Once we agree on how success will be measured, we review your processes, how people interact with the current system and what needs to be improved. From there, we finalize the plan that connects directly with your objectives and unique needs.

Research, Design and Planning: We communicate in your language not ours

This is where we really roll-up our sleeves and get busy. We discuss details, map out processes, dig to find any potential roadblocks, discover user needs, better define ROI and measure success and discuss possible solutions. If done right, you can save time and money by doing your homework up front to give the project a better chance for success.

Our effort has one goal in mind…giving you an easy to maintain, functional and usable end product. We start in small increments to build it right and build trust. Once tested and operational, we move on to the next stage, then the next after that. By building correctly from the start, the foundation is more solid from the get go and the probability for a positive return on investment grows.

From the initial launch, thru ongoing maintenance we are with you every step of the way with technical support, software system versioning support and more. The launch sequence can overwhelm even the most seasoned professional with stress and unexpected issues that require lightening quick response and resolution. It’s exciting, but stressful. It can turn the most meek and mild pro into a raging monster. Thus, we work hard to manage the process, document and conduct extensive planning to minimize potential issues.
